Return and Refund Policy

Exchanges & Store Credit

tldr; we do not offer refunds. We will make your order just for you, which means we don't hold and resell inventory. We can, however, offer exchange or store credit for the artist-designed series (eg. if you accidentally selected the wrong phone or laptop model). We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any custom products but we promise to do everything in our power to make sure you get a good product the first time around. We 100% guarantee our products and, if we have made a mistake with your order, we will make it right; quickly.

Artist-Designed Products

Any unused, unopened product from our artist collection can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. We do not currently offer free shipping labels for returns in lieu of charging customers a restock fee.

Please include your order number in the package (a copy of your receipt, packing slip, or written on a piece of paper all work great)!

Once we receive your item(s) back at our Toronto office, we process the credit to your account. Your original shipping fees are non-creditable.

Custom Products

Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. We print each custom order specifically for you and cannot possibly resell it. We do, however, carefully review all orders prior to printing to ensure that your uploaded image meets a basic quality standard. We will let you know if we have any concerns and work with you to fix it.

Gift cards and digital downloads are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Please see our Contact Us page to initiate a return and see our address locations. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once we have shipped your order and the carrier has scanned it into their system, it is effectively out of our hands and we are no longer responsible for the order. Lost packages will need to be inquired about with your chosen carrier.

We offer an affordable insurance, which, if selected, grants you replacement of the order after we have confirmed that it has been lost. No changes can be made to the order and we reserve the right to ship the replacement at a lower shipping level if deemed necessary (eg. in the case of significant rate increases or carrier strikes). 

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection if if does not meet the requirements (eg. if it has been used or if pieces are missing). 
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account promptly.

How will my delivery be shipped?

 We will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
